How do I receive my digital product after purchase?
As soon as your payment is confirmed you'll receive an email with a download link. Check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. You can also access your files at any time from your order confirmation page.
How long is my download link valid?
Download links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 download attempts. If you run into any issues, contact us and we'll reset your link straight away.
What format are the digital files?
The Athlete Handbook, OFF-SZN Program, and Infographic Bundle are all delivered as PDF files, compatible with any device, phone, tablet, or desktop.
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, we're unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please get in touch and we'll make it right.
Apparel
How do your garments fit?
Our Performance Tee and Core Hoodie are designed with an athletic fit, true to size with a slightly tapered cut through the chest and shoulders. We recommend sizing up if you prefer a looser feel. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
What sizes are available?
Both styles are available in S–3XL. Full size charts with chest, waist, and length measurements are on each product page.
Can I return or exchange apparel?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at support@strengthandconditioningscience.com with your order number.
Who covers return postage?
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, in which case we'll arrange a prepaid label.
